I. FIRST PRINCIPLE (Repentance)

1. Repentance defined Lk 15:17-18

a. Signs of:

- Exposing your sins Mat 3:5-6

- Fruit of a changed life Mat 3:7-8

- Godly sorrow 2 Cor 7:9-10

- Willingness to make amends Lk 19:8

- Willingness to obey God Lk 3:10,12,14

- You now hear God's Spirit guide you Rom 8:14-16

- Awareness of sin Rom 6:1-7

2. Repentance 1st Believe 2nd Mk 1:15; Act 20:21

3. You will not be permitted to proceed without Heb 6:3

4. All you do before repentance is invalid Act 11:13-14;18
