What is hypocrisy? • It is spiritual ostentation (show-off) (Mat. 6:2, 5, 16) • Failure to see your own faults before others’ (Mat. 7:3-5) • Malicious heart covered by religion (Mat. 15:7-8) 5. Having failed God and wanting to return is not hypocrisy, but spiritual awakening (Psa 51:1) II. THERE IS ALWAYS A WAY BACK 1. God is married to you forever (Jer. 3:12-15) 2. God promised to heal your backslidings (Jer. 3:22) CONC. Return to the Lord while he may be found.......................... Isa 55:6 It's never too late to come back.
